Cancer Card Reformer

Service Description

This speciality class is exclusively for those affected by Cancer. You might be undergoing treatment, recently diagnosed or in remission. The aim of this class is to provide support, strength, and a rejuvenating exercise experience for those going through cancer related journeys. In this Reformer Pilates class we will gently guide you through a series of exercises specifically designed to improve flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. This class welcomes all skill levels. Instead of charging a fee we kindly ask that you make a small donation to Cancer Card were possible. Cancer Card is an organisation that provides essential resources and support to those affected by cancer. By contributing to this worthy cause you not only gain access to this invigorating Reformer Pilates class but you also have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others facing similar challenges.
