Yoga Teacher
Kat is a dedicated and compassionate yoga teacher at Sano Studio Morningside known for her warm, inclusive approach to movement and mindfulness. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at the 5 Elements School, a foundation that continues to shape her thoughtful, student-centred teaching style.
Specialising in Vinyasa with elements of Power Yoga, as well as Yin and breathwork
practices that support balance, resilience, and deep rest. With experience across studios,
festivals, and private sessions, she creates welcoming spaces where students of all levels
feel supported and empowered.
Her classes blend mindful sequencing, clear guidance, and adaptive options, allowing each
practitioner to move in a way that feels safe, embodied, and enriching. Kat aims to help
students build confidence, strength, and presence both on and beyond the mat. She looks forward to welcoming you to Sano Studio Yoga.
