Book Your Slot: Simply book your "Digital Studio" session online or in the app, just as you would any other class. Or jump over to our 'request a time' appointment to request an alternative time that suits you! 2. Arrive & Set Up: A Studio Host will welcome you, show you to your dedicated station, and help you get set up for your session. 3. Choose & Practice: Select your preferred workout from our curated library of classe. Press play, and enjoy your practice. Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Sano Studio. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. Please review our cancellation policy below: Individual Session Bookings No Refunds: Fees for individual session bookings are non-refundable. Once an individual session is booked, the fee is forfeited, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. This policy is in place due to the dedicated time and resources allocated to your appointment. Bookings Made Using a Pricing Plan or Membership 12-Hour Cancellation Notice: For appointments or classes booked using a pricing plan or membership, we require a minimum of 12 hours' notice prior to the scheduled time for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 12 hours' notice, or if you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment or class, you will forfeit that session credit from your plan or membership. This will be treated as a used session. Recurring Membership Adjustments Cancelation policies relating to the cancellation of the overall membership are addressed in the membership terms and conditions. How to Cancel or Reschedule To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please log in to your account on our website at www.sanostudio.co.uk or via our fit by wix app and manage your bookings. Exceptions: In rare and extenuating circumstances, exceptions to this cancellation policy may be considered at the sole discretion of Sano Studio. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you qualify for an exception. Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
